FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

The founder of The Hour Has Come, Hold My Hand, Michelle Johnson was born and raised in Paterson, NJ. She attended Wayne Vocational and Tech High School and graduated from Bergen Community College, where she obtained her HHAC and CNA. Michelle is also the owner of Johnson & Sarr Soul Food. Growing up in Paterson, NJ, Michelle has not only looked into the eyes of the hungry, lost, and broken, but she has experienced these same hardships. Coming from a dry and barren home motivates her to be the change the people need, and she has dedicated her life to caring for the needs of others by improving the quality of life within our communities. It is an honor to help those who are struggling to help themselves.

Certified in life skills development, domestic violence place of violence precaution, stress management strategist in behavioral health professionalism, legal and ethical standards of care. Trained in trauma and trauma-informed care, standards of health and safety, legal and ethical issues in residential care settings.
